Instructions

How to Cook for a Firm & Chewy Texture:

  1. Boil water and add the noodles, letting them cook until they start to rise and boil over.
  2. Pour in half a cup of cold water, stir and wait for the water to boil again.
  3. Repeat by adding another half cup of cold water, stir and let it boil once more.
  4. Drain the noodles, rinse thoroughly in cold water, and rub gently to remove excess starch.
    ※ This prevents the noodles from sticking together and enhances their chewiness.
