2. Dip in egg wash: Beat eggs and dip the food into the mixture. Adding milk enhances the flavor.
3. Coat with bread crumbs: Evenly coat with OTG Bread Crumbs and let sit for 3–4 minutes to set the coating.
4. Fry at 180°C: Heat oil to 180°C and fry until golden brown and crispy.
