Instructions

Ingredients:

  • Ottogi Andong Style Chicken Sauce (1 pouch)
  • Chicken for braising (800g)
  • Potato (1 piece, 200g)
  • Carrot (1/2 piece, 80g)
  • Onion (1/4 piece, 40g)
  • Green onion (a little)
  • Water (500ml)

Cooking Steps:

  1. Boil chicken in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Chop potato, carrot, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add chicken, sauce, water, potato, and carrot into a pot. Cover and boil for 20 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and simmer for another 10 minutes until everything is well cooked. Add green onion and finish cooking.

Tips

  • You can add additional vegetables like glass noodles or cabbage as desired.
  • For extra spice, include Cheongyang chili peppers during cooking.
