오뚜기 얼큰비법 매운탕 양념 110g(OTG Spicy Seafood Stew Sauce 110g)

Ingredients:

• 1 pack of spicy seafood stew seasoning
• 1 fish (Pollock or equivalent, approx. 500g)
• 120g radish
• 100g bean sprouts
• 100g tofu
• 40g green onion (half a stalk)
• 700ml water

Cooking Steps:

1. Preparation: Clean the fish thoroughly, then slice the radish, tofu, and green onion into appropriate sizes.
2. Boiling: In a pot, add the fish, radish, water, and the seasoning sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Final Steps: After boiling for 5 minutes, add the tofu, green onion, and bean sprouts. Continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes until fully cooked.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
