오뚜기 차돌된장찌개 양념 130g(OTG Soybean Stew Sauce with Beef 130g)

Ingredients:

• 1 pack of Ottogi Soybean Stew Sauce with Beef (130g)
• 80g tofu (1/4 block)
• 100g potato (1/2 potato)
• 80g zucchini (1/3 piece)
• 30g enoki mushrooms
• 400ml water

Cooking Steps:

1. Preparation: Slice the potato, zucchini, tofu, and enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
2. Boiling: In a pot, add water, soybean stew sauce, potato, and zucchini. Boil over medium heat.
3. Final Steps: After 4 minutes of boiling, add the tofu and enoki mushrooms. Continue to simmer for an additional 2 minutes until fully cooked.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
